Q: How Do I Place An Order?
A: First select the medication you wish to order. Click the link with the desired dosage and quantity. When you click an Order link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will set up your account. You will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will see a confirmation page to review your answers for accuracy. At this point, you will submit your order for processing.
Q: What Happens Once I Submit My Order?
A: A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request.
If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx. Your prescription will include information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.
After placing your order you will be able to track it's process in real-time by logging into the help desk. When your order ships, the FedEx tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you may track its progress through the system.

Q: How Does An Online Consultation Work?
A: Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.

Q: What Prescription Medications Do You Dispense?
A: We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations, therefore we carry a very limited number of medications. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. The medications offered on our website do not require a physical examination. Q: What are your Cancellation and Return poilicies?

- Cancellation Policy
In an effort to provide you with as efficient service as possible, our processing system is fully automated after the doctor has approved your prescription.
Should you decide that you no longer want the prescription sent, you have up to 60 minutes to cancel your prescription with no cancellation charge. After 60 minutes, but before the prescription is shipped, the cancellation charge is $20.00.
- Return Policy
Your prescription will be shipped via Federal Express Standard Next Day Delivery unless other arrangements are made in advance of shipping. Federal Express will deliver to the shipping address you have entered in the order entry form and will require a signature from an adult at that address. If after two delivery attempts the shipment has not been signed and accepted, the order will be returned to the pharmacy.
Shipments returned to the pharmacy will carry a $22 Returned Goods charge. Any shipments that have been signed for and opened and then returned are not subject either return or cancellation charge and are the full responsibility of the customer.
